HOME STAGING CONSULTATIONS

Home Staging Consultations are a great option for DIYers, and act as a blueprint for the homeowner to prepare their home for sale on their own.  Consultations include recommendations for the interior and exterior of the home and typically take 2-4 hours to complete, depending on the square footage of the property.

If after the consultation the homeowner realizes they are unable to complete part or all of the staging on their own, Carolina Spaces is always able to provide a proposal for professional completion of the staging!

OCCUPIED HOME STAGING

For homeowners who will be living in their home while it is on the market, and do not have the time or resources to stage their property themselves, Carolina Spaces can handle all aspects of preparing the home for sale.  Each property is individually evaluated to determine the necessary actions, from staging and fine-tuning to management of home improvement projects.  We also use our many vendor partnerships to pass savings along to the homeowner during the staging process.

VACANT HOME STAGING

Vacant properties can appear cold and uninviting, and don't impress potential buyers when they open the door.  Buyers have trouble determining room purpose and function, and can't envision how their furniture pieces will fit in the space.  So...let us fill in the blanks!

Our vacant stagings are performed using our own inventory of high end, name brand, new furniture, rugs, artwork and accessories.  We understand that every property has its own unique needs, so furnishings are custom selected for each staging to attract the broadest potential of buyers while complementing the home.  Our award-winning home staging will turn your property into a showpiece that stands out against the competition!

The investment in our custom vacant staging packages usually falls between 1 to 3% of the home's list price.  For vacant luxury properties, the investment in our luxury staging packages depends on the luxury home's unique needs.

Contact us for a vacant staging proposal or second opinion on any staging service.  We are your vacant home staging specialist!

OUR INVENTORY

Concerned about the quality of furnishings that will be used in your staging?  All stagers are not created equal - some use garage sale and thrift store finds, some use previously owned or used pieces, and some use common rental furniture.  There is no need for concern with Carolina Spaces' inventory.  All furnishings are purchased new and name brand, or custom designed by our very own Joan Inglis.  Our extensive inventory of furniture, accessories, artwork and soft goods is constantly being updated, with hundreds of furnishings added each month and thousands added each year.  With pieces to fit any style period, you can trust staging by Carolina Spaces to meet your needs!
