My listing was a (million-dollar) new construction home that showed very well in the sense that the fixtures were beautiful, the custom details were prominent, and the layout was great. I decided to have the home Staged (after one year on the market). I called a few competing Staging companies but hired Joan Inglis. Joan was great to work with. After we agreed on a plan, she came out immediately to Stage® the home. She did a fantastic job and was open to any suggestions we had along the way. She was always available when I had a question or needed something. The house was transformed into a home in less than two days. I held an open house right away, and within one week I had several people very interested in the home, by the second week I had a contract. Several REALTORS® reported that the staging made a huge difference in the home – their clients could see how warm and livable the house really was and could see themselves at home there. It has been great to work with Joan from start to finish and my company will be using her in the future.

Joan Inglis staged a relatively new home for me that had expired under another agent in a neighborhood that was going through regeneration. The rooms were hard to visualize without furniture. Joan came in and Staged with furnishings that were just perfect for the style and age of the home. Joan gave it a warm and inviting feeling. There were several homes for sale on the same street and in the same neighborhood, and ours outshined all the others and sold within three weeks!!!

The lady who bought the house brought her entire family, parents & boyfriend over to see it and we all made ourselves comfortable in the living room, just soaking up the atmosphere.
