Cathie's 23 years of extensive new home sales and marketing experience includes previous positions at Bonterra Builders, Essex Homes, Lake Carolina Properties, and Century 21 Bob Capes Realtors. Most recently, Cathie was responsible for managing sales, marketing, and model merchandising efforts for both builders and developers as a licensed NC and SC Realtor®/Broker at Builder Marketing Group/Rhinehart Realty.
In addition to her extensive experience, Cathie's qualifications include the prestigious MIRM (Member of The Institute of Residential Marketing) designation, as well as CAASH (Certified Active Adult Specialist in Housing), CAPS (Certified Aging in Place Specialist), CGP (Certified Green Building), CSP (Certified New Home Sales Professional), GRI (Graduate, REALTOR® Institute), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), and ABR®(Accredited Buyer's Representative).
Cathie's qualifications and experience will facilitate her successful management of sales and relationships with new and existing clients in her new role of Accounts Manager with Carolina Spaces.
