They must share with others and stand for the overall excellence that Barb teaches to all ASPs® and ASPMs® through the ASP® Courses and IAHSP®. They must also be very involved in the IAHSP®Association.

Joan Inglis is an IAHSP® Premier member signifying strict business practices and insurance. She is PR Director for IAHSP® Board of Directors, and member of the StagedHomes.com Advisory Board of Directors. Joan is IAHSP® Board Liaison for all local IAHSP® chapters in the states of NC, SC, NV, UT, IL, WI. She is a certified professional in bank-owned properties, senior relocations, and buyer trends.

Joan is an IDS Associate member, and a member of NAHB Design Education and BALA Awards subcommittees. She has won many state, regional and local design and marketing awards including Best Interior Merchandising from NC and SC HBAs. She is also a licensed Realtor (with CD Realty) in NC and SC.
