Joan Inglis, founder and owner of Carolina Spaces, LLC, is an internationally recognized, award-winning interior designer, model home merchandiser and home staging professional.  She has worked with local, regional and national home builders for more than 20 years, is a licensed Realtor®/Broker in NC and SC, and also a professional speaker.  She has conducted educational design seminars for home builders at the International Builders Show, the Southeast Building Conference, the 21st Century Building Expo and Conference, and the HBA of SC State Convention.

Joan has achieved the highest designation in the home staging industry, Accredited Staging Professional Master®, and was awarded The Barb Schwarz ASPM® Staging Excellence Award - the industry's highest award. She has won Best Interior Merchandising from HBASC and NCHBA, as well as many local and regional design awards.

Joan is well known as a leader in the Home Staging industry, and her Board positions have included:

Tanya Denchfield, Designer
ASP® (Accredited Staging Professional)

Tanya has worked in commercial real estate investment, property renovation and home staging for more than 20 years, and was previously a licensed Realtor® in Maryland. In addition to her completion of the ASP® Accredited Staging Professional course, she is currently working towards completion of an interior design degree to add to her long list of qualifications!

Tanya is active in leadership roles within the Home Staging industry in Charlotte. Her Board positions have included:

Sharol Christenbury, Designer
ASPM® (Accredited Staging Professional Master)

Sharol brings over 10 years of project management and quality assurance experience, including development of quality management systems and vendor qualification programs. She is passionate about delivering the highest quality service to our clients!

Along with Tanya, she is active in leadership roles within the Home Staging industry in Charlotte. Her Board positions have included:
